We don't do a hundred modalities. Adjustment-first care, supported by the soft-tissue and mobility work the joint needs to hold. If you need an MRI, surgical consult, or PT — we'll tell you straight and refer you to the right person in town.

First visit is a real exam. If you don't need ongoing care, we say so. If you do, you'll know exactly how many visits and why.

Joint by joint, with the technique the joint actually responds to. Activator if Diversified is wrong. PT referral if the spine isn't the answer.

We won't keep you waiting an hour for a 7-minute visit.
Booked slot is your slot. We see one patient at a time. If we're running 10 minutes behind, you get a text — not a magazine.

I went to chiropractic school in Iowa thinking I'd practice somewhere warm. I came home. Eleven winters in, I treat the same kinds of people I grew up around — commercial fishermen, framers, North Slope crews, ER nurses, teachers who lift their own classroom furniture.
The work is unglamorous and specific. A trucker's L5 doesn't behave like a yoga teacher's. A line cook standing on a rubber mat for ten hours needs something different than a desk worker. We figure out which, we do it, we don't oversell.
